custom policies

Custom books are currently open on a limited basis! What this means, essentially, is that I can only accept a handful of custom projects at a time and will not be able to take on all inquiries put forth. I wish I could make every idea out there (do I ever) but due to the volume of requests I have to be a lil bit choosy! I am more likely to accept an inquiry if it’s a fun challenge, a more complicated project, or something I haven’t quite done before. I will not be accepting exact replicas of past works* nor components of pieces, completed pieces only.

THAT SAID, please feel free to send in any inquiries you have, as my workload varies and I might be able to take it on even if it’s a simpler project. 

The custom process works like this:

1. You email me via my contact page detailing your idea and your budget.
2. If needed, we swap doodles, inspiration & reference images, etc and I put together a pricing package that we can negotiate on if necessary.
3. Once all is agreed upon and finalized I will make a custom listing for you to check out with, and once that is completed I'll add the project to my workload. I ask that you please check out within 3 days of the creation of the listing.
4. I will send photos of the finished piece(s) for you to sign off on and then I'll send it out!

Things to be aware of: customs are a little pricier than my regular work, as usually I have to input more in order to make exactly what you want. They are also not prioritized over regular orders. All orders are completed as received, and can take up to a few weeks to get to depending on factors such as time of the year and size of the order. Unless otherwise negotiated, custom work is not exclusive and I may bring ideas from this work into future pieces! Custom work is not returnable or refundable, so please share concerns ahead of time.
