custom work

I love to do custom work and I believe some of my best pieces were born of collaboration! The custom process works like this:

  1. You email me via my contact page detailing your idea and your budget.
  2.  We swap inspo pics and reference images, and I put together a pricing package that we can negotiate on if necessary!
  3. Once all is agreed upon and finalized I will make an invoice via shopify for you to check out with, and once that is completed I'll add the project to my workload.
  4. I will send photos of the finished piece(s) for you to sign off on and then I'll send it out!

Things to be aware of: customs are a little pricier than my regular work, as usually I have to input more effort in to make exactly what you want. They are also not prioritized over regular orders, which are completed as received, and can take a few weeks to get to depending on factors such as time of the year and size of the order. Unless otherwise negotiated, custom work is not exclusive and I may bring ideas from this work into future pieces! Custom work is not returnable or refundable, so please share concerns ahead of time!

shipping

I'm a one woman show and all my jewelry is handmade by me alone, so please keep that in mind when placing your order! Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. That said, most of the time your order will ship quite a bit sooner than that, often less than 5 days!

I appreciate your patience with shipping times, as once the package is in the possession of the carrier it is out of my hands and is up to whatever service is selected at checkout. In the event of a lost package I am happy to work with you to resolve it as best I can and provide any details you need in order to file a claim. 

Everything is shipped out of San Diego County! 

repairs

Quality is very important to me, and I do my best to make strong pieces that will last a long time. However things happen and jewelry breaks, and in this case I am absolutely happy to repair your piece for you! Please contact me with any concerns about damage.

Please do not send any broken jewelry without contacting me first, it has happened before and is very confusing! If the piece breaks within 6 months of purchase, repairs will be accepted without question or charge. Beyond that, there may be a charge incurred but we can certainly discuss!

returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order, returns are accepted without question within two weeks of receipt (according to USPS tracking). 

When a return is granted, the piece must be shipped back to me within one week of my confirmation to you and tracking is required (you can find that on the receipt you are given at the post office). You will be notified by email once your piece has arrived and been evaluated, and a refund will be issued at that time. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, so please keep that in mind when placing an order. Damaged pieces that are not disclosed ahead of time will receive partial refunds, so if it arrives to you broken, let me know!

Refunds will not be granted without returns of the pieces in question
