I thank all my lovely customers for reading and being aware of my shop policies! here's the deal: 

custom work

I adore custom work and hand tailored art! I am open to all manner of suggestions: setting a stone/item that is precious to you, making something you've seen on my site but missed out on or need in your own size, or simply an edit to a piece I've already made! 

When reaching out to me, please include all your lovely ideas for your piece, plus your budget. If you have photos of inspo already in the bag, you can email me directly at Otherwise my contact page works great! 

If we go forward with a custom piece, I will make a simple private listing with the cost of the piece(s) and shipping and email it to you. Payment is due at this time, and your piece will be scheduled for creation! Please allow around 2-3 weeks for shipment (but probably less. I get excited). Custom work is ineligible for returns, but I will keep an open dialogue with you during the design process to ensure your satisfaction! 


I'm a one woman show and I cannot guarantee the kind of shipping speeds our favorite corporate overlords promise! Please allow 7 days for ready to ship items and an additional 5 days for made to order or custom items. That said, most of the time your order will ship quite a bit sooner than that, often less than 5 days for either scenario! I am a full time artist so I’m generally at your beck and call, even though life gets in the way occasionally and I simply need to go camping in the desert for 3-5 days.

Your patience with all shipping is appreciated, as once the package is accepted by the carrier, it is out of our hands and up to the service selected! Of course I hope you reach out with any issues, because battling the various shipping services together is more effective than doing it alone.


Quality is very important to me, and I do my best to make strong pieces that will last a long time. However things happen and jewelry breaks, and in this case I am absolutely happy to repair your piece for you! Please contact me with any concerns about damage. Please do not send any broken jewelry without contacting me first, it has happened before and is very confusing! If the piece breaks within 6 months of purchase, repairs of any kind are free of charge. Beyond that, there may be a charge incurred but we can certainly discuss!

If a piece arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact me with photo evidence as soon as possible so I can file a shipping claim. I am happy to repair in this situation free of charge, unless it is beyond repair (boooo) in which case I will issue a full refund.


Returns are welcome without question within one week of receipt (according to USPS tracking). I do my best to describe and photograph my work, but please do reach out if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. I'd be happy to give as many details as you need! If you need to return after that time due to extenuating circumstances (out of town, lost in transit, etc), please contact me and we can discuss. I’ll probably confirm your return, I know how it goes! 

When a return is granted, the piece must be shipped back to me within five days of my confirmation to you. You will be notified by email once your piece has arrived and been evaluated, and a refund will be issued at that time. Damaged pieces that are not disclosed ahead of time will receive partial refunds, so if it arrives to you broken, let me know! Shipping cost will not be included in refunds.


Most pieces can be fully resized! Rings that allow for resizing have the option to choose your size on the product page. There is a fee of $3 to resize a ring, mainly for time and materials. Resizing of necklaces, bracelets, and bolo ties require a request in the checkout notes, or an email ahead of time as it does depend on the materials I have on hand, or a slight redesign, so reach out!
